OUR WINE LIST
We focus on natural wines, carefully chosen classics and bottles with character from producers we know and trust across Germany and beyond.
Germany, Austria and France are at the centre of the list, with a few bottles from elsewhere. There is always some movement in the list, but we don’t put the whole thing online. We are a little precious about it. If you want to see it, just request it.
In 2026, Falstaff gave BOTSCHAFT 18/20 for wine. We were very happy
about that. But wine is personal. Better to taste it, smell it and make up your own mind.
WINE, FRIENDS &
PEOPLE WE LIKE TO WORK WITH
Wine is a big part of BOTSCHAFT. Not just what we pour with dinner, but
also a reason for us to invite people, open bottles and make things together.
Over the last years we had winemakers like Dominik Held, Konni & Evi,
Odinstal and Wachstum König joining us for our Winemaker’s Dinners.
Usually they bring the wines, we cook around them and somewhere
during the evening the plan gets a bit more loose.
We also do pop-ups and restaurant collaborations, where wine is always part of the conversation. For us this is the nice part: meeting the people behind the bottles, having them in the room and drinking the wines together instead of only talking about them on a wine list.
