BOTSCHAFT is a restaurant and bar, built around its heart: the kitchen.
Right in the middle – open, loud and alive. Restaurant in the front, bar in the back, kitchen in between. We cook German and Austrian food. Some things are quite traditional, others less so. Maultasche, Käsespätzle and Kaiserschmarrn sit next to a changing menu, seasonal dishes and whatever we are into at the moment. Sundays are for Schnitzel Sunday. During the year we invite winemakers, chefs and restaurants for dinners, pop-ups and collaborations. Wine is a big part of all of it – at the table, with the menu and sometimes as the reason for the evening. Behind the kitchen sits the bar. Dark red, low-lit and more intimate. Wine, classic drinks and vinyl, for before dinner, after dinner, or just the bar.
 

This year, BOTSCHAFT received a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand and 89 points in the Falstaff Restaurant & Bistro Guide Nordics, including 18/20 for wine.
